cmZone is a turnkey on-site conference portal, enabling participants to consult the conference programme, search and review session descriptions, presentation abstracts, presenter information, the exhibition floor plan and directory, etc. Users can plan their personal itinerary and send messages to other attendees to schedule appointments during the conference.
Searchable Scientific Programme
Full program information can be consulted by browsing the schedule or through powerful keyword search. This allows delegates to navigate the abundant programme offering at large events and adequately schedule their attendance in multiple programme tracks. The itinerary planner lets them build their agenda, print it or send it to a mobile device.
Conference e-Posters
cmZone takes away the need to set up physical posters for onsite viewing. The searchable programme offers full access to e-posters so that delegates can view them on the screen.
Powerful On-site Messaging
User friendly log-on (with badge information) allows delegates to personalise their interest profile and update information they want to share with other attendees. Base on this information, delegates can identify people they would like to meet and send them messages.
Managed Internet Access
Providing delegates with Internet access is a valuable service to them. But to keep bandwidth requirements manageable and to minimise browsing time, cmZone can be configured to only allow access to specific site categories such as on-line mail, boarding pass printing and more, and to restrict activities such as large downloads etc.
Exhibition and Conference Programme
Once delegates have found the sessions they wish to attend or the exhibitors they would like to visit, cmZone can point out their location in the conference centre with pin-point indicators on the venue floor plan.
Congress document printing
cmZone lets delegates print their receipt of payment or even a certificate of attendance. Certificate printing can be rule-based on conditions such as completion of a conference evaluation survey, session assessments, or even physical attendance tracking with cmTrack
